Shipping policy

Order Processing Information

All digital files are released and made available after payment has processed with the exception of digital drives, access will be provided within 24 business hours.

All other products are shipped within 3 business weeks from order unless otherwise specified, current turnaround time is always listed on the website banner. 

High Demand Items

High demand items are any items in my store that are currently viral, or highly requested. Please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for production on those items.

There is no guarantee for holiday or rush delivery, and rush delivery will not be available for this item.

If you order a viral item in combination with another item from my store, your entire order will be processed within the timeframe of the viral item.

All items are processed as they are received, and in the order that they are received.

High-demand items do not process at the same time as other items in my store, so please expect longer wait times if you are purchasing a high-demand item.

Order Fulfillment 

After we have completed your order you will receive an order fulfillment email. Please allow up to two business days for tracking to update. During holidays tracking updates can be very delayed for days. Once you receive your fulfillment notification your order will be sent to the post office within 1-2 business days.

Shipping:

Once your order leaves our shop we can only provide tracking updates as provided by the shipping carrier. Due to the shipping increases due to COVID, you may experience longer shipping times. Expedited shipping only applies to the shipping time, not the processing time.

COVID Disclaimer:

 We work hard to ensure we have the items needed on hand to fulfill your order, but sometimes products can be delayed in shipping to us. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
